Proof of financial need is required and may include documentation such as credit denial, financing denial, or other evidence of financial hardship.
Examples of acceptable documentation may include:
CareCredit or ScratchPay denial
Veterinary estimate showing inability to pay
Recent financial hardship documentation (loss of job, medical bills, etc.)
Written explanation of financial situation
Response times may vary based on capacity
